Coffee with ginger

One standard cup of coffee with ginger helps to eliminate the feeling of hunger for 3-4 hours. During the weight loss process, you should never go hungry. Our body is designed in such a way that when it feels this feeling, it “remembers” it. This leads to the fact that from the very first meal, he will begin to literally “put aside” fats for the purpose of their subsequent conversion into energy when the feeling of hunger comes again. And this will only aggravate the problem with extra pounds, giving a completely opposite effect.

Coffee with the addition of ginger is not so much a basic remedy as an additional remedy that will allow you to get rid of a couple of extra centimeters on your waist. The number of cups of this coffee that should be consumed without subsequent health problems is 2, maximum 3 per day.

Ginger adds a sophisticated flavor to food and drinks. In the East, the combination of coffee and tea with ginger is considered a drink of love and a storehouse of health. In Europe it is called Arabic coffee or, more commonly, Yemeni coffee. This drink is very popular in Jamaica.

It’s not difficult to brew, but using ginger coffee will only be beneficial if you follow some subtleties:

  • You should not add ground ginger to instant coffee, which is brewed only with boiling water. So the already mediocre taste of coffee will take on a sour tint.
  • Coffee, a noble drink, is prepared exclusively in a copper cezve.
  • It is best to choose softer coffee beans. Since ginger itself has an effective tonic effect, the combination of this coffee with ginger flavor is most considered acceptable and does not irritate the nervous system.
  • Ground ginger is added in extremely small doses - about a quarter of a teaspoon (no more than 5 grams per serving - it will be very spicy).
  • You cannot add ginger to already prepared coffee - the bright taste is lost. They must be brewed at the same time. If you add sugar, then you also need to pour it directly into the Turk for brewing.
  • It is better to brew in three stages: heat the mixture almost to a boil, set aside for half a minute, and so on 3 times. Then let it sit, drain the drink from the grounds and enjoy its original taste and enveloping aroma.
  • In the East, in order to better experience the full depth of taste of this wonderful drink, each sip of coffee with ginger is alternated with a sip of cold spring water.
