If you know such egg liqueur as “Lawyer,” then you understand perfectly well that it is almost impossible to drink it so easily. It is too thick and can only be consumed if eaten from a spoon. If you add liqueur to a cocktail and mix it with a lot of juice, you won’t notice it at all and it will seem very, very tasty. And now we will make a very tasty pie with it.

To prepare the “Lawyer” pie we will need:
– a quarter liter of “Lawyer” liqueur,
- five eggs,
– a quarter liter of sunflower oil,
– 125 grams of flour,
– 125 grams of starch,
– 250 grams of powdered sugar or you can take 170 grams of sugar,
– one pack of vanillin,
– one pack of baking powder (preferably soda).

Preparation of the “Lawyer” pie:

1. Sugar must be beaten together with eggs. Then pour oil into the resulting mixture, then add starch, and then pour in the liqueur. First you need to mix the baking powder with the flour. Flour is added to the mixture obtained at the beginning and everything is thoroughly beaten.
2. The resulting dough is poured into a pre-greased mold. The pie will be baked for 60 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees C. It is best to allow the pie to cool in the oven for at least one hour at the very end of the cooking process.
The pie can be decorated as you wish. It’s great that you can freeze this pie and always have it in reserve. Enjoy your meal!
